0ne typical Sunday, i set my mind to cook some Pasta for lunch

and i concur that :

Fresh ingredients + Right sauce + Experience/Skills = a good pasta :)

(i shouldn't say I've got skills , I've got only experience..yes i do )

what's the end of him ? you wouldn't want to know (TEEHAHAHAHA...)

With courtesy from the AISS Basketball school team , we got to enjoy a half day off !!!

Recommended Seafood salad ! The sauce is heavenly!

i don't know how it looks like to you , to me , typical look but taste GREAT !

end of with an American Cheesecake which seems to be too hard on us

actually i think Jacks is quite reasonably priced , for we had

1. Soup> creamy Apricot Bisque , and garlic bread to go along with
2. Appetiser > Seafood Salad
3. Main course>Ribeye (i love it medium rare!) - To us it's a super big portion already
4. Included with>a tea/coffee
5. an additional glass of Fresh fruit juice
6. Dessert>A wonderful custard pie

and i is around 20 bucks per head ! ( not inclusive of GST/SERVICE CHARGE) it's not cheap but not expensive i think ...
